MORE CAPABLE HOURS. BETTER SPENT.

Better health. Better business.

More life in between.

Your health affects how many good hours you have. Your business determines how you spend them. Good Hours brings both together.

You've been taking care of everything. What about you?

You've built something you're proud of. But somewhere between the meetings, the deadlines, the decisions, and everything else life expects of you, taking care of yourself became one more thing you couldn't quite fit in.

What if your health and your business could finally start working together?

Welcome to Good Hours, a different approach to growing your capacity, improving how you work, and making more room for the life you're building it all for.

Sound familiar?

You've got clients to serve, decisions to make, people counting on you, and a business that doesn't stop needing your attention.

Meanwhile, lunch happens at 3 p.m. Your workouts keep getting rescheduled. You're running out of steam long before you run out of things to do.

Or maybe you've finally started prioritizing your health, but every bit of energy you gain gets swallowed by your business.

You know something needs to change. Finding the time to change it? That's been the tricky part.

We know. We've been there, too.

INTRODUCING GOOD HOURS

What if you measured the hours that actually matter?

We all have 24 hours in a day. But not every hour feels the same.

Some hours you're sharp, focused, energized, and fully capable.

Others you're looking at the clock, wondering how you're going to get through the rest of your to-do list.

We call those capable, fully present hours your Good Hours.

And here's where things get interesting.

Your health influences how many Good Hours you have.

Your business determines how many of them are consumed by work, how they're used, and what's left for everything else you care about.

Good Hours is designed to improve both sides of that equation.

TWO SIDES. ONE LIFE.

A healthier you. A business that works better.

THE HEALTH SIDE

Feel better in the hours you already have.

Small, practical changes to everyday habits can make a difference in how you feel, move, and manage your energy.

We focus on understanding your body's patterns, building realistic behaviors, and measuring what happens along the way.

THE BUSINESS SIDE

Make your best hours count.

When every decision, deadline, and detail depends on you, even your most productive days can leave you running on empty.

We focus on how you prioritize, work, delegate, and build systems that give you more control over your time.

THE GOOD HOURS CONNECTION

Make room for a life beyond the to-do list.

The goal is to have more hours when you feel genuinely capable, and more freedom to decide what happens during them.

Because your best hours should belong to you, too.

The experience

Small changes. Real-life testing. A different way forward.

The Good Hours experience brings health and business together in a structured 17-week journey.

You'll begin by understanding your starting point, practice manageable changes, and track what happens.

Then comes the part we're especially interested in: seeing what holds when the structure becomes lighter.

The program is being developed around three principles:

Start with what you're already doing.

Change the order, use the time differently, and look for improvements that fit your actual life.

Measure what matters to you.

Track your capable hours alongside meaningful health and business indicators.

Build habits that can stand on their own.

We want the progress you make to continue long after the program ends.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Two women. Two areas of expertise. One shared question.

Sheena Schoch

Sheena brings her background in dentistry, health education, and behavior-focused wellness, with an interest in the everyday choices that influence how we feel and function.

Wendy Ormsby

Wendy brings more than 26 years of experience in marketing, operations, and business leadership, with a focus on making businesses less dependent on their founders.

We came together after recognizing how much our two worlds overlap.

And we decided to put the idea to the test ourselves.
